1. ( x - 4 )² - 13 = x² - 8 x + 16 - 13  = x² - 8 x + 3

2.  f ( 5) = 25 - 40 + 3 =  - 12

   f ( 1)=  1 - 8 + 3 = - 4

3.   ( x - 4 )² - 13 ≥ - 13

     ( x -  4 )² ≥ 0

       x ≥  4

x² - 8 x + 3 = 0

Δ = 64 - 4 ( 1 * 3 ) = 64 - 12  = 52

x 1 = ( 8 - 2√13 / 2 =  4 - √13

x 2 = ( 8 + 2 √13 ) /2 = 4 + √13
