= 3(t - 1)(4t^2 - 8t + 3)

4x^2 - 4V5 + 5

= (2x)^2 - 2 * 2x * V5 + (V5)^2

= (2x - V5)^2

x^2 - 5

= x^2 - (V5)^2

= (x - V5)(x + V5)

2x^2 + 2xV10 + 5

= (xV2)^2 + 2 * xV2 * V5 + (V5)^2

= (xV2 + V5)^2
