f(x) = a + b/(x - 3)

M(5 ; - 1) ∈ Cf   ⇔  f(5) = - 1  ⇔ a + b/2 = - 1

f '(x) = - b/(x - 3)²  ⇒ f '(5) = 1/2   ⇔  - b/4 = 1/2  ⇒ b = - 2

a - 1 = - 1  ⇔ a = - 1 + 1 = 0

donc   f(x) = - 2/(x - 3)
