4x² - 40x + 36 =
4( x² -10x +9)
(2x-3)(3x+4) - (2x-3)² =
(2x-3)(3x+4) - (2x-3)(2x-3)
= (2x-3) (3x+4 -2x +3)
= (2x-3) ( x +7)
